                                                            Minutes of Meeting

At. 7:00 p.m., November 11th., the regular meeting of the Jag-Buffalo Club was brought to order by Pres. Garry Lemon at the Lancaster Golf and Country Club.

Treasurer’s Report:
            Christmas Party…
                 Nelson & Nancy DiPasquale have once again done a fine job in not only                                  selecting one of the top restaurants in our area; but, also providing a                        
                 Comfortable setting for socializing and dining—thanks!

                 This is a very special time of year and Jag-Buffalo welcomes all members.

                 Our Treasurers are an integral part of our Club activities and they make
                 Suggestions to make sure that we all benefit.
              Please…check our web site for details,
                            check your calendar for date/time,
                            forward your cheque to Nelson/Nancy—seating is limited
                                                and time fast approaching.

            Motion  ‘that to maintain club funds and to be able to continue assisting
                             the per person party cost, that the gift for the ladies not be
                             offered this year.’
                                                             Discussion…Passed
                       
                       
             Motion ‘that Club funds be used to purchase a gift basket, that tickets
                               for that gift be sold, and that a draw be conducted during the evening
                               and that a winner be announced.’
                                                            Discussion…Passed

            Suggestions for 2011…50/50 draw?   Others?

Update of Events…
            Oct. 16th. Medina Car Run—Sue Cudmore overviewed the car run and events…a collaboration between BCC & Jag-Buffalo.  

            Nov. 6th.  Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum—Anne overviewed the car run And tour—another successful collaboration between Jag-Buff. & BCC

            Nov. 11th.  Meeting—slate of candidates as in 2010
                        Web-site—JCNA needs update for…calendar, social
                        Jeff will continue to the new year and Todd Schupbach will be the new Web master
            Dec. 19th. Christmas Party           

            NOTE:  Lancaster Golf & Country Club is closed for January—

                            Vice President, Cliff  Schulz, has once again offered to chair Meetings for January & February
